Feeling Snacky

Who else is a snacker? I’m totally guilty of that! It’s such a bad habit that I need to break, but to be honest its’s totally a coping mechanism for me. I turn to food when I’m bored or stressed. Not the best thing to do when you’re trying to stay healthy and loose weight. I have my good days and bad days. I can go weeks without snacking and then I’ll go for weeks eating several snacks between meals or just snack all day long and not have any real meals. Today is one of those days! I’ve already has bacon and a cupcake with coffee for breakfast and after breakfast ate a Keho bar. For Lunch I had a Cut Da Carb cheese quesadilla and now I’m eating Magic Spoon cereal like they’re chips. The point I’m trying to make is that we all have our ups and downs, our Good days and bad days, but we all learn from everything we do and know what we need to do to get back on track. So don’t be so hard on yourself when you aren’t having such a good day. It’s ok to feel those feelings. Just get back on it when you’re ready again!! So for me tomorrow may be my better today, but today I’m snacking and that’s ok.
