Went for a quick run to pick up a few goodies.
Do you ever run to the store for one thing and come out with a cart full? Yup! That’s me all the time. I went to Wholefoods looking for Catalina Crunch cereal and came out with a bunch of stuff. Then ran over to Costco to pick up their ready to bake salmon for dinner. You know that one with that delicious butter on top and ended up leaving with a bunch of other goodies from there.
So here's my mini haul from Costco and Wholefoods.
For those of you new to keto, here's a basic beginners list. It's so confusing starting out on the keto and low carb journey. It took me a while to understand what I really needed in my kitchen. So here are some basics and starters. There are a bunch of lists and graphics out there. I definitely did a lot of researching on the internet :)
Heavy Whipping Cream
No added sugar sauces
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
Seeds (flaxseed, chia, sesame, etc.)
Peanut Butter (all natural)
Apple Cider Vinegar
